Data Quality expert

Master-Works is seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Expert to join our team and lead the effort to ensure the integrity and reliability of our data assets. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing data quality standards, conducting assessments, and driving initiatives that enhance our overall data quality processes. Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive data quality frameworks and policies that align with business objectives.
• Design and establish metrics to measure data quality and monitor data health across various systems.
• Conduct data profiling and audits to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
• Lead root cause analysis of data quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and support on data quality standards and best practices to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies related to data quality, and apply relevant findings to improve practices.
• Document data quality processes, guidelines, and best practices for future reference and compliance.

Requirements:
• Strong SQL knowledge and skills
• Telecom domain and associated data assets knowledge (CRM, Billing, CDR, network performance, inventory, .. etc)
• Data Quality knowledge and background • DAMA & NDMO standards
• ETL & Data integration basic knowledge • Data Profiling and Analysis basic knowledge
• TM Forum frameworks and standards awareness and background
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
