Adam is passionate about bridging the IT and business perspectives, bringing a structured yet pragmatic approach to both business and delivery.
Job description & summary
As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving data quality frameworks and processes across modern data platforms. You will work closely with platform teams, data owners, and business stakeholders to ensure data is reliable, consistent, and fit for purpose.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining data quality frameworks
• Defining and implementing data quality rules, checks, and reports in data quality tools
• Supporting the integration of data quality capabilities into data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Implementing and applying AI-based methods to optimize and automate data quality processes
• Collaborating with stakeholders to embed data quality standards into daily operations
• Communicating data quality concepts, issues, and results clearly to business and technical audiences
Requirements of the role
• Experience with data quality management, including designing and implementing data quality frameworks, rules, and tooling
• Hands-on experience working within modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar), including building and maintaining data quality pipelines and integrations
• Proven experience defining data quality rules, KPIs/metrics, and designing quality reporting dashboards from scratch or expanding existing ones
• Hands-on experience or demonstrated interest in applying AI/ML methods to data quality processes (e.g., anomaly detection, automated data profiling, intelligent rule suggestion) — considered a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate technical data quality topics into business language
• Structured, analytical, and proactive mindset
• Experience using German at B2-C1 level and English at C1 level in a professional environment
