Job Summary
As a Data Quality Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing data, implementing automation processes, and leveraging your knowledge of Angular technologies to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities. You will play a crucial role in optimizing data workflows, streamlining data-driven processes, and contributing to data-driven decision-making .
Responsibilities and Duties
• Create detailed test cases that match business requirements to ensure data quality.
• Perform data quality checking for ad-hoc data extraction.
• Ability to test in a timely manner that meets SLA.
• Communicate with Data analyst and Project Management officer to gather and analyze requirements for test case creation.
• Support data analyst in peer reviewing data output before user’s acceptance (UAT).
• Maintain QA documentation/artifacts for future testing purposes.
• Perform data testing of outputs made by data analysts to ensure quality using SQL.
• Ability to work cohesively in a team type environment.
• Attend daily stand-ups for team updates and work progress
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience in Quality Assurance (qa testing, terminologies, methodologies, concepts)
• Experience working with SQL required
• Experience in Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, Excel required
• Experience in Google BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, DaaS preferred
• Experience in Hadoop or Big Data technologies preferred Experience in JIRA and Confluence preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years related experience
