Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain privacy and data protection programs aligned with regulatory and business requirements
• Conduct privacy risk assessments, gap analyses, internal audits, and compliance reviews
• Work with international frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST, and HITRUST
• Advise stakeholders on data protection regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and related global privacy laws
• Draft and review privacy policies, impact assessments, compliance reports, and implementation roadmaps
• Support cybersecurity governance initiatives, ISMS documentation, and ongoing compliance activities
• Collaborate with legal, IT, and business teams to embed privacy-by-design and security best practices

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in data protection, information security, privacy, or a related domain
• Working knowledge of ISO standards, GDPR, CCPA, and data protection principles
• Experience supporting audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance initiatives

Certifications (Preferred)

• CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager)
• CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe)
• CIPT (Certified Information Privacy Technologist)
