Data & Process Governance Manager for Global Logistics

This role focuses on supporting all systems and OPS processes, implementing enhancements, and contributing to project support while expanding responsibilities in process and data governance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in system support, process management, and data governance, along with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

You'll lead and coach a talented team, shaping the future of our data and processes together with them.

PROCESS & DATA GOVERNANCE

You'll be develop and implement data governance policies and procedures. You'll also monitor and enforce data quality standards across the organisation. Furthermore, you'll work with various departments to ensure data consistency and integrity. Finally you'll lead initiatives to improve data management practices and processes, as well as conduct audits to ensure compliance with data governance policies.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

You'll lead, develop and coach our OPS Data & Process Governance Deliver Team. You'll also provide technical support and troubleshooting for our SAP modules (SD, MM, TM,….). You'll also assist users with system-related issues and ensure timely resolution of support tickets, as well as collaborate with the development team and IT team to address system enhancements and bug fixes. You'll also ensure global end-to-end processes and perform system administration tasks, including user account management, access control, system configuration and ensure the data quality in our systems.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION

You'll communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on data governance initiatives. You'll also negotiate with different teams to align data governance policies and procedures.

TRAINING & DOCUMENTATION

You'll create and maintain documentation related to data governance and support processes. You'll also conduct training sessions for employees on data governance best practices and the use of our SAP systems & processes. Finally, you'll develop user guides and support materials to assist users in navigating our systems.

Leadership experience as a Team Lead and/or system expert with a strong focus on SAP systems.

Proven experience in SAP Systems and Operations processes

Strong understanding of process management and data governance principles.

Experience in SAP S/4 HANA and other SAP modules mandatory

Familiarity with industry standards and (e.g.: JIRA, Confluence, ITSM, ARIS) best practices in data governance.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Fluent in English, German skills beneficial

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,986 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
