Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on Data Operations Team Lead to lead a small team of Ops Analysts and ensure our data is clean, organized, and ready for future automation. This role focuses on operational excellence, process ownership, and data governance, rather than traditional analytics or insight generation.

• Lead and support a team of analysts.
• Structure, document, and maintain high-quality data.
• Improve and automate manual processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, reliable data operations.
• Set standards and best practices for data handling across the organization.

Requirements:
What We're Looking For

• You LOVE data, you eat breath and live Data.
• Proven experience managing a team of analysts or operations staff.
• Strong background in data operations, process management, or analytics operations.
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools for efficiency as well as implementing AI capabilities within the customer journey processes.
• Familiarity with BI tools, SQL, or similar systems.
• Great analytical, problem-solving skills and business acumen - Must
• BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field – finance experience is a plus.
