We are seeking to expand our Data Operations team in Turkey, which focuses on monitoring AI models and continuosly measuring and improving accuracy levels for our AI-powered HSE platform.

Intenseye is a disruptive company in a new category solving major legacy issues for our customers.

What You'll Do?:
• Analyze and interpret data efficiently, providing insights that support and drive business needs.
• Understand operational problems and communicate effectively with other teams to enable smooth collaboration.
• Deliver timely reports, including weekly and monthly performance summaries of accounts.
• Manage team projects and present progress on a weekly and monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Monitor and track KPIs to ensure targets are being met.
• Use JIRA to report and communicate business issues clearly within the team and the other teams.
• Monitor and report on AI model performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

What We're Looking For?:
• You have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (required)
• You have graduated from a well-regarded university, which is a plus.
• You are eligible to work within a shift system.
• You have 0–1 years of experience or a strong interest in the Health and Safety field.
• You bring an understanding of health and safety best practices and can demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and applying them using AI.
• You are an ambitious individual with a growth mindset who embraces new technology and is excited to work in a fast-moving SaaS startup environment.
• You are comfortable working independently, and previous remote work experience is a plus.
