We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Onboarding Executive to manage and drive the seamless onboarding of client data onto the platform. This role involves working closely with customers to ensure smooth data integration, delivering a high-quality onboarding experience, and enabling effective platform adoption.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, ensuring excellent support and communication.
• Manage end-to-end data onboarding and integration, assisting clients in connecting relevant data sources to the platform.
• Demonstrate platform features and capabilities, with a focus on data handling and management functionalities.
• Follow defined onboarding processes and SLAs, while collecting and sharing customer feedback with internal teams.
• Continuously update knowledge of product features, enhancements, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes and improve customer experience.
• Guide clients in effectively using the platform, ensuring maximum adoption and utilization.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a Data Onboarding, Customer Success, or similar role within a SaaS environment is preferred.
• Experience working with financial institutions, broking firms, or investment platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial products and instruments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and derivatives.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and industry practices.
• Strong analytical and data-handling capabilities.
• Good understanding of mathematical concepts and basic accounting principles (preferred).
• Experience with data aggregation and handling data from multiple financial sources.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills to guide customers through onboarding and address queries effectively.
• Basic understanding of financial technology (FinTech) platforms and SaaS products is an advantage.
