Your tasks and responsibilities

🔹 Conduct data profiling, validation, cleansing, and enrichment to ensure the highest data quality standards.

🔹 Plan, develop, monitor, and maintain data migration workflows customized to meet diverse client requirements.

🔹 Design migration approaches, develop strategies, and prepare detailed technical documentation.

🔹 Build, test, and execute data migration processes using tools such as AWS, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Python, batch scripts, and PostgreSQL.

🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the migration lifecycle, providing technical assistance as needed.

🔹 Perform rigorous testing to ensure migrated data aligns accurately with client specifications.

🔹 Document migration projects thoroughly to support ongoing and future initiatives.

🔹 Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline migration processes.

🔹 Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with meticulous attention to detail.

🔹 Maintain continuous communication with clients, from gathering business requirements through to final data transfer oversight.

Requirements

✅ 2-3 years of practical experience in data migration projects.

✅ At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles is preferred.

✅ 3-4 years of experience working with data using SQL and related tools (e.g., CSV, Excel, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

✅ Strong object-oriented programming skills.

✅ Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub.

✅ Solid understanding of the data migration lifecycle (Development, QA, Production).

✅ Strong commitment to thorough documentation and organization.

✅ Logical and analytical problem-solving skills.

✅ Ability to independently address complex challenges.

✅ Self-management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

✅ Detail-oriented with the ability to follow complex instructions.

✅ Client-focused mindset combined with effective cost management.

✅ Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently.

✅ Fluent in English and Polish (B2+ level).

✅ Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).

Nice to Have

✨ Experience in ETL, data warehousing, data migration, or related fields.

✨Familiarity with Python, Ruby, or Ruby on Rails.

Recruitment Process

1st Stage: 30-minute video interview with one of our recruitment team members.

2nd Stage: 1-hour technical video interview.
