Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Developer to support end-to-end data migration initiatives across enterprise systems. This role focuses on source-to-target data mapping, data analysis and cleansing, ETL development, and execution of migration runs. The ideal candidate also has experience working with
Power BI to validate migrated data and support reporting needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform source-to-target data mapping and detailed data analysis

Define and implement data cleansing and de-duplication rules

Design, build, and maintain ETL packages using tools such as:

Dataflows

SSIS

Azure Data Factory

KingswaySoft

Execute dry runs and test migrations in lower environments

Support final migration execution and validation activities

Validate migrated data using SQL and Power BI reports/dashboards

Identify and resolve data discrepancies and migration issues

Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle

Document data mappings, migration processes, and validation results

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Mid–Senior level experience as a Data Migration Developer or similar role

Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reconciliation, and validation

Hands-on experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft, Dataflows)

Experience using Power BI for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting

Solid understanding of data migration frameworks and best practices

Proven experience in data cleansing, transformation, and de-duplication
