Data Management Expert

Master-Works is looking for a highly skilled Data Management Expert to join our team and lead initiatives aimed at optimizing our data management practices. This role is critical for ensuring that data across the organization is well-governed, effectively utilized, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in data management and a deep understanding of data governance principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive data management strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance data governance.
• Establish and oversee data quality metrics, ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and secure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data management processes and best practices tailored to our business needs.
• Lead the implementation of data management tools and systems that support data integration, management, and reporting.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on data management policies and practices.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data management initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to data management and governance.

Requirements:
• Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in data management, with a focus on data governance and quality management.
• Proven expertise in data management frameworks, data governance policies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., ETL tools, data warehousing solutions).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Has a good understanding of NDMO requirements.
• Certified CDMP, CPIM (preference)
