Your responsibilities and tasks
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to play a key role in our SAP S/4HANA rollout program. This position will ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of business data across the entire transformation lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with functional teams, technical experts, and business stakeholders to deliver clean, reliable, and meaningful data that enables next‑generation analytics and digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Quality & Modeling
Build, maintain, and optimize high-quality datasets for BI and analytics tools (Power BI, SAC, Tableau).
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data used for financial reporting, operational dashboards, and strategic insights.
Develop robust data models to support advanced analytical and predictive use cases.
SAP S/4HANA Migration
Contribute to the planning and execution of the data migration strategy to SAP S/4HANA.
Validate, cleanse, transform, and harmonize legacy ERP data to meet S/4HANA requirements.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot data issues and ensure smooth data loads.
Governance & Standards
Document data processes, standards, and workflows to ensure compliance with internal governance practices.
Promote best practices for data management across the organization.
Your profile and qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in data management within SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong understanding of SAP data structures, migration tools, and integration concepts (IDocs, BAPIs, SLT, etc.).
Proficiency in SQL and solid experience with programming languages (e.g., .NET, Java, RPG).
Strong capability in data modeling, data analysis, and handling large datasets.
Experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies and propose corrective actions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
High level of Spanish and English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools, especially SAP BODS.
Familiarity with core SAP functional modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP.
Hands-on involvement in S/4HANA transformation or greenfield/brownfield implementation projects.
