You will support analysis within the Data Integrity team, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and broader data integrity analysis. You will help identify data issues, analyse how they occur across systems and processes, and contribute to recommendations that improve data quality and reduce recurring issues across the organisation.

• Support the articulation of clear problem statements by helping distinguish symptoms from underlying data issues.
• Assist in translating technical findings into clear summaries that explain what happened and contribute to recommended improvements.
• Analyse data flows to identify where data breaks, degrades, or diverges across the end-to-end value chain.
• Work collaboratively with data owners, SMEs, technology teams, and product partners to gather information, clarify details, and support investigations.
• Apply structured RCA and analysis techniques, including data lineage review, reconciliation checks, rule-based validation, and transformation logic analysis.
• Support end to end RCA activities by gathering evidence, documenting findings, tracing issues across systems, and maintaining investigation records.
• Contribute to assessments of current state data issues versus target state data management and MDM models.
• Assist in defining, tracking, and validating corrective and preventive actions to ensure fixes are implemented and effective over time.

• 3+ years’ experience in data analysis, data quality, or data management roles within complex environments.
• Experience supporting root cause analysis or issue investigations involving data across multiple systems or processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience querying and reconciling datasets using SQL.
• Hands‑on experience analysing data flows, including basic lineage tracing, source‑to‑target comparisons, or transformation logic review.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to summarise technical findings and engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Understanding of data governance, ownership, and control concepts, with awareness of how gaps can lead to data quality issues.
• Experience working with core datasets such as master or reference data, including basic data quality checks.
• Exposure to data integration interfaces or APIs, and an understanding of how data moves between systems.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments or structured work tracking processes.
• Experience using scripting or analytical languages (e.g., Python) to support data investigation or automation is desirable.
