About the role

We’re seeking a Data Integration Consultant to join our Professional Services organization. This role plays a direct part in customer onboarding and long-term success by designing, building, and optimizing integrations that power the Planful platform.
You’ll work closely with customers, project managers, and internal technical teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions using Dell Boomi, APIs, and related technologies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solutioning, building from scratch, and guiding customers through complex integration projects, not just troubleshooting.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data integration development or consulting.

• Strong hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere.

• Experience building integrations end-to-end.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage directly with North America–based customers.

• Proficiency with SQL, XML, SOAP/REST, and common integration protocols.

• Familiarity with tools such as Postman and SOAP UI.

• Ability to work US East Coast hours.

• Available to work hybrid out of our Hyderabad office (3-4 days onsite per week).

• Experience integrating Boomi with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy integrations between Planful and customer systems using Dell Boomi and modern API frameworks.

• Participate in customer implementation projects, providing technical leadership throughout design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow across ERP, CRM, and financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Intacct, and others.

• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, consultants, and customer stakeholders to align integration delivery with business goals.

• Document technical specifications, configuration steps, and project artifacts within Planful and customer systems.

• Participate in customer meetings, present integration approaches, and communicate timelines and impacts clearly.

• Demonstrate strong ownership of deliverables and contribute to continuous improvement within the Professional Services team.
