We are seeking a skilled Data and Isights Analyst to join our team for future opportunities. This role focuses on analyzing digital conversations to derive insights, monitor brand-related discussions, and support content strategy optimization by collaborating with creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Process, analyze, and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.

• Monitor daily conversations related to the brands to detect communication opportunities or potential crises.

• Generate daily and monthly reports on content performance, analyzed from the perspective of content strategy and social listening.

• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with content and creative teams to optimize the platform in terms of content, messages, formats, and duration based on insights and learning from the reports.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a digital or content agency.

• Strong understanding of digital metrics and social platform analysis.

• Experience in monitoring digital and social crises.

• Proven ability to work effectively with creative and content teams.
