Data Insights Analyst

What will your day look like?

As our newest Data Insights Analyst, you'll be a core contributor to our internal operations team supporting Marketing Operations globally. You'll proactively identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and deliver insights that influence how our organization operates across five global offices. Working with complex operational datasets, you'll uncover trends, build structured solutions to business challenges, and communicate findings that drive measurable impact.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Proactively analyzing operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that shape business decisions

• Translating stakeholder needs into practical data approaches and clear deliverables

• Building reports and dashboards that guide decisions, not just display numbers

• Working closely with cross-functional partners, including management, developers, and technical specialists, to identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and shape scalable solutions

• Applying analytical techniques to identify patterns that improve how we plan, deliver, and optimize our operations

• Communicating insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, challenging assumptions when data suggests a better approach

You'll be part of a specialized team that powers decision-making for 300+ Marketing Operations employees across Bangkok, Copenhagen, Lisbon, San Jose (Costa Rica), and Toronto. What do you bring to the table?

You are naturally curious about the "why" behind data, quick to grasp complex systems, and driven to find insights others miss. You operate independently while staying connected to business objectives and can confidently engage with senior stakeholders about your findings.

Essential experience and skills:

• 2–4+ years in analytical roles focused on business insights, data visualization, or strategic reporting

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and ETL processes with ability to work with complex datasets

• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms

• Track record of translating data into business recommendations and communicating findings to leadership

• Excellent analytical thinking and prioritization skills

• Excellent communication abilities in English, with confidence in presenting to senior audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Fabric

• Experience with database and data model design for business intelligence and analytics solutions

• Previous experience in operations, consulting, or business analysis roles

• Familiarity with marketing operations or agency environments
