Role Overview

As the Data Foundations Executive Manager, you will be joining the Enterprise Transformation Program to partner closely senior leaders in the Group to modernise legacy platforms and data with how it is managed, utilised and deployed.

The goal is to focus on transforming monolithic systems and channels to enable a digital-first and customer-centric banking approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

The role will be leading the delivery of projects and other multi-disciplinary programs. This will include managing organisational changes to deliver strategic business outcomes and achieve OKRs while ensuring effective governance, prioritisation, resourcing and delivery oversight.

Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Coordinating with CIOs, GMs and other senior stakeholders within the Group to engage, integrate and delivery of complex programs of work
Support Crew Leads through planning and operations, managing multiple work streams.
Drive transparency and accountability through rigorous reporting and governance.
Identify and resolve risks and interdependencies early, enabling successful delivery.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners to influence strategic decisions.
Optimise multi-vendor engagements and complex procurement processes.

We are seeking a strong data modernisation professional to transform the legacy systems, processes and platforms to modernise into microservices and a more cohesive structure to deliver faster, efficient and built-for-purpose solutions to our customers and users.

Proven experience leading large-scale data migration and modernisation programs in complex organisations.
Strong technical Data and Analytics experience to manage and deploy large-scale solutions such as: Data Engineering & Integration, Data Architecture, Data Migration & Transformation and Governance
Experience working on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) for hosting modern data architectures
Strong ability to manage multiple work streams and align delivery with strategic objectives.
Expertise in governance, reporting, and driving transparency and accountability.
Advanced stakeholder management skills and driving outcomes and executing large programs of work
Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to resolving interdependencies.
Strong written and verbal communication to manage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders and internal customers
