Role Summary and Impact

We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a EMEA Data Excellence Manager This is a full-time position based in EMEA. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Subject Area Expert - Lead in Implementation of Policies and Best Practices, Audits

• Take plan of action/data requirements from DE leads and translate into written standards and processes

• Creating and approving data standards, policies, business rules and tools.

• Build and deploy a metadata management framework to cover data lineage, access control, data catalogue

Skills and Experience

• Experience in management of large multi-market and networked teams essential.

• Technical full-funnel media capability, with strong data and analytics literacy.

• Strong reputation as a responsible, accountable leader with international media management experience, and a willingness to go deep with their teams.

• Strong and vocal in strategic communication with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders
