ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team. Account specific roles and responsibilities
• Pull and review reports from PCC (Point Click Care) and other designated systems.
• Analyze information using reference guides, workflow documentation, and established process flows.
• Determine appropriate next steps based on defined operational procedures.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into authorization and case management systems.
• Create, document, and maintain cases with complete and accurate information.
• Ensure all processes comply with U.S. healthcare guidelines, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
• Escalate discrepancies, data inconsistencies, or unclear cases to appropriate teams.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and ensure full HIPAA compliance.
Requirements:
• At least 6 months BPO experience in a US Healthcare Insurance Account
• Good working knowledge with Verification of Benefits and Authorization is a PLUS
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Knowledge with MS Tools
• Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
