You will be working for a US-based technology company with the leading in Software, Web and mobile app development for businesses in North America helping our independent retailers adopt and embrace this new key component of their digital marketing solution. The role will provide product expertise and best practices consultation to ensure our retailers are getting the maximum value from the product. In addition, this role will be instrumental in soliciting in-market feedback from retailers to help the product development roadmap.

Responsibilities
• Research, collect and organize product data from various sources (including Vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to support Tags, Manual entry, classifications, FurniVision, etc.)
• Input and update product information such as descriptions, specifications
• Categorize and classify products based on standardized taxonomies and product hierarchies. Determine categorization of products quickly and accurately
• Verify the accuracy and consistency of product data by conducting regular audits and quality checks.
• Collaborate with internal Product Data Specialist to understand and fulfill data requirements.
• Ensure that product data is compliant with regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and internal policies, (ex: sabbath mode, ADA compliance; etc.)
• Regularly review and update product attributes and tags to improve the customer search experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product data management.
• Manually enter custom items in our database.
• Make determinations around related furniture item grouping.
