This role is crucial in helping us update and standardize internal and external documents to align with new brand guidelines and legal requirements. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong formatting skills, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Replace outdated logos with updated branding assets in Microsoft Word and PDF documents.

• Revise disclaimers across all documents using provided templates and ensure compliance with current legal standards.

• Conduct thorough formatting adjustments to ensure documents meet branding and quality standards.

• Maintain a structured and organized file system using Microsoft OneDrive.
