Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and update data into databases and computer systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic.
• Respond to data-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Generate and prepare reports based on data analysis.
• Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience:
 
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
• Experience with online data entry and typing jobs is preferred.
• Familiarity with data management systems and software.
 
Working Hours:
• Part-time position with flexible working hours.
• Expected to work approximately 15-20 hours per week.
• Ability to set your own schedule within agreed-upon deadlines.
