ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly expanding team. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for patients.
• Assist in rescheduling or reallocating resources when absences or changes occur.
• Provide administrative support to client such as Credentialing and expirables follow-ups.

Requirements:
• At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using MS Tools
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
