Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Accurately enter patient demographics, medical histories, diagnoses, medications, and procedures into electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and verify data entries to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Cross-check information against source documents and resolve discrepancies in accordance with audit and documentation standards.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and applicable data privacy regulations.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and security of patient health information at all times.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and ensure accurate patient records.
• Identify and report data inconsistencies or missing information for correction.

Requirements:
• At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account

• Familiar with EHR Tools (Electronic Medical Records)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shift
