Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support document management operations through accurate imaging, scanning, indexing, and data entry. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with digital records, and committed to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities::
• Prepare, scan, and image paper documents into electronic document management systems
• Index scanned documents accurately using established naming conventions and metadata standards
• Perform high-volume data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Review scanned images for quality, completeness, and legibility
• Organize, sort, and batch documents prior to scanning
• Ensure proper handling of sensitive and confidential information
• Perform quality control checks and correct indexing or imaging errors
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Track and log document processing activity and production volumes
• Follow established procedures for records retention and document control
• Meet daily or weekly productivity and accuracy targets
