We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with 3+ years of experience working with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software. The ideal candidate should have strong data management skills, high accuracy, and the ability to efficiently handle large volumes of information while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into EMR systems while ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Maintain and update patient records, documentation, and database entries within the system.
• Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and organize digital records while ensuring compliance with data management standards.
• Generate reports and assist in maintaining structured data records when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and record management.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in data entry, preferably using EMR software.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Experience managing large datasets with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with database systems and record management tools.
