SOCOTEC VIETNAM is a technical support platform for the SOCOTEC GROUP providing expert services on a range of projects in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Around the globe, more than 15,000 experts in 26 countries across 5 continents deliver professional services in construction, buildings & real estate, infrastructures, environment & safety and certification.
We are currently expanding our IT&SOFTWARE SERVICES and are looking for a Data Entry Intern to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients.
• Data Entry:
• Accurately enter data into different computer systems and databases
• Check the accuracy and consistency of the data entered
• Perform regular quality checks on recorded data
• Report any anomalies or inconsistencies identified to supervisors
• Data Annotation:
• Perform manual annotation of data (text, images, audio, video) according to well-defined protocols and instructions
• Classify, label and categorize data accurately
• Participate in the continuous improvement of annotation processes
• Contribute to the quality assurance of annotated datasets
• Data Curation:
• Clean, format and standardize raw data
• Enrich data with relevant metadata
• Participate in the organization and structuring of data repositories
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve data quality issues
- Experience in data entry, annotation and/or curation tasks
- Proficient in office tools and data management software
- Rigor, organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills
- Autonomy, adaptability and ability to work in a team
- Intermediate level in French/English, able to conduct online meetings in French/English.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.

- 42 hours per week (30 minute early finish every Friday), flexible working hours options
