Job Summary

Processing advertising data from Malaysia social media outlets, coding all required advertisements into the Nielsen database. 

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and manage advertisement key information in the company system.

• Verification: Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.

• Reporting: Generate, format, and export reports from data systems as requested.

• Compliance: Maintain the integrity of the operations department by following company policies and procedures; notifying the manager of any issues that may harm the collection of accurate data

• Assisting in other areas of the operations department as required

• Fulfilling any other tasks as requested by the manager

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in data entry role.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus and accuracy when handling large volumes of data.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Language : Excellent spoken and written English language skills

• Education: Diploma or equivalent.

• This is a full-time position.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
