Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Clerk/ Data Entry to join our team. This is a part time role Monday-Friday from 8am-1pm. The ideal candidate will organize, input data and play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's information. The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze, input, and update data in our database systems with precision and accuracy while assisting the procurement and sourcing team with daily tasks and project organization. The successful candidate must possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accurately input and update data into our database systems, ensuring all information is entered correctly and consistently.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Work with internal departments to obtain necessary information about products, suppliers or market for analysis.
Assist the sourcing and procurement team with tasks, projects and organization throughout the day.
What we’re looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certifications in data entry are a plus; field related experience is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
Proficient typing skills and familiarity with data entry tools and software such as Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Netsuite experience or experience with an ERP is a must.
Skills in VBA, SQL, Power BI, and Python are a plus but not necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent research skills.
Strong organizational skills.
