This role will be within the AutoSync team. AutoSync supports over 3,500 dealerships nationwide, delivering cutting-edge software tools to simplify operations, boost marketing, and drive sales.

Data & Automation Representative (6 months Temp Full-time)

We are seeking an innovative and driven Data & Automation representative that has a desire to have a lasting impact on the company's data systems and processes. You will be instrumental in the organization of our daily operations and provide support for our automation efforts. Working with the Data Operations team, you will be primarily working with Python and be exposed to real-world applications of data science.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring and maintaining data accuracy

• Develop scripts to automate various tasks through the use of Python

• Establish data pipelines through web scraping

• Process Big Data to provide analytical insight

• Process documentation and improvement

• Use of other programming languages as needed (SQL, HTML, JavaScript)

• Collaborating with other teams as needed to create solutions to streamline processes

• Other duties as required

Your Skills & Experience:

• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency

• Detail-oriented with a superior focus on producing high quality content

• Working knowledge of Python and various Python libraries

• Understanding of object-oriented software design

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to think outside the box

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Self-starter that is comfortable working with minimal oversight and tight deadlines

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and high-pressure situations

• Possess a "Do What it Takes" attitude to get the job done

The base salary range for this position is CAD $53k - $56k.

This range reflects the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Based on the role the total rewards package may also include benefits, bonus, and other employee offerings.
