Job Overview
Are you highly detail-oriented and thrive in structured, process-driven work? We’re looking for a Data Entry Administrator (Non-Voice) to support our operations through accurate data management, validation, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, ensuring data integrity across systems and supporting compliance and training processes.
You’ll play a critical role in maintaining reliable records, supporting audits, and ensuring information accuracy across multiple platforms—without phone-based or customer-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate, update, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems and databases
Ensure training records and documentation are complete, accurate, and properly matched
Process and manage Training Needs Analysis (TNA) requests and related datasets
Review training documents to identify and apply correct skill codes
Conduct initial audits and basic investigations comparing new requests against existing records
Format and restructure TNA templates in line with process requirements
Prepare, validate, and audit TNA import files using advanced Excel functions
Coordinate with compliance and internal teams to address data changes or clarifications
Perform regular data housekeeping, including clean-up, archiving, and record consolidation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support roles
Proven experience handling large datasets with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is an advantage
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Power Query, data validation)
Familiarity with systems such as Avature, Citrix, PDF Exchange, and IFS is a plus
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with structured processes
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM)
