Job Description

Job Title: Compliance Assistant Location: On-site in Medellín Schedule: Full-time \u007C Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Compliance Assistant to join our compliance team. This role supports maintaining regulatory requirements and internal policies by monitoring communications, preparing documentation, assisting with audits, and supporting licensing and filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor emails and calls with colleagues, regulators, and team members

• Provide administrative support for compliance filings and documentation

• Assist with audits and prepare reports

• Support issue resolution and ensure adherence to state laws and company policies

• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with strong attention to detail

• At least 1 year of experience with compliance or administrative positions - English Advanced B2

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• High school diploma required

• Motivated, proactive, and adaptable to regulatory changes
