Data Enrichment Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Enrichment Specialist to join our team, who will play a crucial part in enhancing data quality and transforming data into insightful information for our customers. As a Data Enrichment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying data gaps, sourcing new information, and improving existing datasets to support our product development and enhance customer experience. Your analytical skills will be essential as you evaluate large volumes of data to determine accuracy and relevance, employing various methodologies for data verification. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide enriched data insights. Responsibilities 

Collect, analyze, and verify data from multiple sources to enhance existing datasets 

Identify and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data integrity and accuracy 

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and configure enrichment processes accordingly 

Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within large data sets 

Maintain and update data documentation for processes, methodologies, and enhancements 

Utilize data analysis tools to identify patterns and trends within datasets for better insights 

Collaborate with engineering teams to implement automated data enrichment solutions 

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on data quality and enrichment initiatives 

Assist in designing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality 

Provide support in data-related projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of analyses 

Requirements 

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data enrichment, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry  

Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modelling techniques, to make data-driven recommendations 

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI 

A solid technical foundation, with a keen understanding of APIs and their application 

Familiarity with database management and experience in handling large datasets for analysis 

Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy 

Effective communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences 

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field 

Fluent English, with the confidence to actively participate in global client meetings 

Ability to work 2 days per week from the office  

Ability to travel worldwide up to 1 week per month
