Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Data Engineer with Business Analyst capabilities who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in modern data platforms, particularly Snowflake and Azure Data Factory (ADF), along with strong data modeling and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Snowflake
• Perform data analysis, profiling, and validation to ensure data quality and integrity
• Build and maintain data models (Dimensional / Data Vault 2.0) aligned with business needs
• Develop complex SQL queries and transformations for reporting and analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Architects, and Business teams
• Optimize performance of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
• Support data governance, lineage, and documentation activities
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
• Designed and developed Data Vault models (raw & business vault) in Snowflake using Vault Speed
• Optimized ETL/ELT processes ensuring performance and reliability
• Led design of data models in MySQL Workbench for multi-layer architecture
• Use Azure DevOps pipelines to deploy code to higher environments
• Automated SQL generation scripts with Snowpark, reducing development effort
• Exposure to AI/ML models
