Job role: Data Engineer (ODI/OBIEE).

Location: Europe (Full-remote).

Languages required: English MANDATORY.

DESCRIPTION

Deep understanding of data integration and ETL concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving data-related issues.
Good knowledge of data modeling, data warehouse concepts and ETL development.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to work with both technical and functional stakeholders.
Attention to detail to ensure data quality and consistency.
Experience working in development and production environments, including issue tracking and resolution.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Build and optimize interactive dashboards using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for performance monitoring and reporting.
Manage the deployment and maintenance of OBIEE RPD (Repository) files across development and production environments.
Ensure data consistency and quality by working closely with both technical and functional stakeholders.
Configure and publish OBIEE reports to meet business needs in an international environment.
Provide ongoing support to end users, helping them analyze data and navigate dashboards effectively.
Participate in code reviews and resolve data integration issues promptly.
Handle version control and deployment processes related to OBIEE repositories and other project artifacts.

Specific expertise

Experience with version control systems for RPD deployment.
Ability to integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources.
Familiarity with OBIEE configuration and customizations tailored to business needs.
Experience in providing user support for dashboard usage and data analysis.
Proven experience in data engineering roles, particularly with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
Strong command of the English language to effectively collaborate with international teams.
Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL workflows and data pipelines.
