Launchpad is preparing for a major 2026 nearshore program, partnering with global clients in North America and Europe who are scaling their data and cloud engineering capabilities.We’re building a robust LATAM Talent Pool of Data Engineers ready to join large-scale enterprise initiatives.

🔍 About You

You bring experience with:

• ETL/ELT workflows (Airflow, Glue, ADF, DBT, etc.)

• Python, SQL, Spark

• Cloud data stacks: AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse)

• Experience designing or optimizing data pipelines

• Strong software engineering fundamentals

• Ability to collaborate with Data Science and Product teams
