Job Summary The Unified Financial Systems (“UFS”) Data Conversion Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all data migration activities during Nuvei Corporation’s Oracle Fusion Cloud (“Oracle”) implementation. This role ensures accurate and timely conversion of data from legacy systems to the new Oracle platform that Nuvei Corporation will be implementing, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, members of the UFS core project team, and our system integrator (“SI”) partner. Key Responsibilities · Lead Data Migration Strategy: In collaboration with the SI Data Conversion Lead, define and manage the end-to-end data conversion approach including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL). · Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business units (IT, Finance, HR, Sales Operations, etc.) to understand data requirements and ensure alignment. · Data Mapping & Cleansing: Oversee mapping of legacy data to Oracle structures and lead data cleansing efforts to ensure quality. · ETL Oversight: Coordinate with Nuvei Corporation’s technical teams to implement and monitor ETL processes to synch with System Integrator team. · Testing & Reconciliation: Develop and execute data validation plans, reconciliation reports, mock testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). · Risk Management: Identify and mitigate data-related risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. · Documentation: In collaboration of SI resources, maintain detailed documentation of conversion processes mappings, and decisions. · Team Leadership: Guide and mentor data analysts and developers involved in the conversion effort. Required Skills & Qualifications · 7+ years of experience in ERP data conversion or migration projects · Strong understanding of ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle experience · Proficiency in ETL tools and data transformation techniques · Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Preferred Qualifications · Experience with cloud-based Oracle Fusion Cloud platforms · Familiarity with middleware and integration platforms Why This Role Matters · Data is the lifeblood of any ERP system.
