You’ll be a key contributor to improving our Presentation Attack Detection (Liveness) system. This role goes beyond basic annotation — it requires structured thinking, technical capability, and creativity to help identify weaknesses and strengthen model performance.

You will work hands-on with data collection, dataset preparation, creative spoofing scenarios, and collaboration with AI/ML engineers to ensure our systems remain resilient against real-world fraud attempts.

In your first months, you’ll explore...

• Gaining proficiency in internal data collection and annotation tools
• Understanding international data quality standards and dataset requirements for AI model training
• Working with various devices (smartphones, tablets, cameras) and operating systems for structured data acquisition
• Learning practical spoofing techniques (photo attacks, screen replays, masks, lighting variations, etc.)
• Performing structured data annotation and dataset validation
• Supporting dataset organization and quality control processes

As you settle into the role, you’ll start contributing by...

• Designing and executing structured spoofing experiments to evaluate model weaknesses
• Creating small, high-impact datasets based on observed model vulnerabilities
• Taking ownership of data collected by you — including annotation, validation, and structured organization
• Using tools such as Photoshop, Paint.NET, AI-based tools or similar software for image preparation and dataset refinement
• Troubleshooting technical issues within data collection workflows
• Collaborating closely with AI/ML engineers to align datasets with model training needs
• Developing basic to intermediate automation scripts (e.g., Python) to improve efficiency in repetitive data tasks

Within your first year, you’ll have the opportunity to...

Working Hours & Location

🌎 In-Office, Bratislava, Slovakia. This role requires presence in our Bratislava office to ensure secure data handling, efficient collaboration, and access to the necessary data collection devices and equipment. Required locations: Bratislava, Slovakia.

About You

You are well-organized, technically capable, and focused. You can work independently, but you also collaborate effectively with engineers and teammates.

You are curious and capable of learning quickly. You don’t require constant supervision and can take ownership of your work. You enjoy experimenting and systematically testing new ideas rather than repeating predefined procedures.

You are comfortable working with technical tools, imaging devices, and structured workflows, and you maintain high accuracy standards.

Requirements:
Qualifications

Required:

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Comfort working with cameras, smartphones, tablets, and different operating systems
• Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic tool issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn

Strong Advantage:

• Experience with Photoshop or similar image-editing tools
• Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (Python preferred)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or dataset workflows
• Experience with image/video annotation tools
• Prior experience in data collection, QA, or structured technical environments

💶 Salary gross range: €1816 – €2711, tied to competency and technical evaluation.

Interview Process

👋 Introduction Stage (~30 min.)

• Recruiter Screen

🧑‍💻 Team Interview Stage (~120 min.)

• Stage 1: Technical Interview (60 min)
An interactive session with our technical team, focusing on your problem-solving approach and technical knowledge relevant to the role.

• Stage 2: Practical Collaboration (60 min)
A hands-on session where you will work directly with your future Team Leader and Hiring Manager on a real-world problem. This is a practical, collaborative exercise designed to see how you approach challenges, communicate your reasoning, and co-create solutions in real time.

🎯 Final Stage (~30 min.)
