The Opportunity

Working as part of a small team, you have the potential to significantly impact the business. You will have direct access to colleagues at all levels of the organization, and you will embrace the opportunity to add value in this role that offers significant breadth and opportunity for development as our company grows.

Responsibilities:

• Create strategies for data collection at a global scale

• Implement result-driven efforts and strategies

• Build custom-made surveys and analyze results

• Constant initiative for B2B partnerships

• High experience on social media networks and groups for data collection

• Understand legal implications of PII, constant communication with legal

• Report cost-effective reductions through analysis

• Strong initiative to prospect growth and act accordingly

• Continue building internal databases to support Machine Learning and the Operations department.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail

• Independent work ethic and self-management

• Experience building partnerships B2B

• Result-driven strategies

• Social Media sourcing

• Basic experience with Excel and analytics

• Previous experience with crowdsourcing or survey

• Experience with international organizations

• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-cultural teams

• Highly motivated, fast learner, multi-tasking, and resourceful

• Confidence, high level of trust required, work ownership
