VAM Systems is currently looking for Data Centre Team Lead for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Experience/Knowledge

• Should have experience in Building Commissioning and Handover

• At least 10 years of experience in a Data Center operation

• Should have working knowledge of IT Network Infrastructure

• Should have practical experience in performing network security audits

• Experience in healthcare industry (HIPAA) is mandatory

• Should have experience in Development of Policies and Procedures

• VMware (vSphere and vRealize) experience is a must

• Should have experience in EMC Storage Management, Microsoft Enterprise Software solutions

• Backup Management and DR planning and execution etc

• Should have experience in Commissioning, testing, QC and handover from contractor

• GCC experience in building handover activities will be a plus

• Building Systems Integration experience will be an added advantage

• ITIL or best practice methodologies

Professional/Academic Qualifications

• Should have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Network or other related field or equivalent work experience.

• Should be Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Data Center or Cisco Certified Network Associate(CCNA) Data Center

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA Routing) and Switching

• Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA Collaboration

• MCSE: Server Infrastructure or equivalent

• VMware Certified Associate or equivalent

• ITIL or similar

Terms and conditions:

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).

The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading organizations in Qatar.
