Location: 68 Zendeling Str, Rustenburg

Job Type: Permanent

• Ensuring effective administration of Valterra Platinum crime database and related decentralized systems consist of timeous, comprehensive and accurate response to System flags, queries and requests
• Updating and maintaining system output reports through constant data integrity checks and analysis
• Ensure that training material of the related Crime systems are kept up to date in relation to any changes in the Crime systems or Crime reporting related protocol and ensure that all users receive ongoing training and support for a competent user base
• Effective control of the Office Administration and filing system, identify opportunities to improve office administration and filing system

Qualifications

• Grade 12

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience security related admin background experience
• MS Office and applicable systems computer literacy
• Communications skills in English (spoken, written and reading)

You will also need to have:

• No criminal record
• Pass polygraph test
• Good command of English language both written and speaking

If successful, you will be required to undergo a Medical Fitness test.
