What does the role involve?
Support the day-to-day operation of our CRM marketing platforms, ensuring data quality, smooth campaign delivery and continuous improvement. Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the Salesforce CRM, you’ll build, test and schedule email communications, extract data for campaigns, manage the approvals workflow, and coordinate campaign activity to keep delivery on track.
This is a highly autonomous role within a supportive team, providing hands-on execution across supporter email campaigns, audience selection/data extracts from Salesforce, and basic reporting and dashboards.
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Support fundraising activities by preparing, building, and scheduling supporter communications as briefed.
Generate campaign lists and data extracts from Salesforce to support various fundraising activities.
Build reports and dashboards and support data analysis activities, as directed, to enable data-driven decision making and supporter insights.
Assist in maintenance of the content calendar, data requests, system support and documentation.
This role is based in our Mascot office and will work a hybrid model, including two days in the office per week.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to Caritas Australia’s mission to end poverty and injustice by promoting human dignity for all, as well as a dedication to the principles of Catholic Social Teaching that guide our global efforts. They will have a mix of the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Demonstrated understanding of managing and optimising CRM platforms
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
Salesforce or marketing cloud experience
Excellent communication skills, and can-do attitude suitable to a campaign environment
Certifications from Salesforce in Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce would be highly regarded.
Further qualifications or certifications in data management and analysis would also be highly regarded.
