QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Minimum Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
B. Minimum Experience/Training
· At least 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, consumer research, or a related field, with a strong focus on both digital and traditional marketing environments.
· Proven track record of transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for various marketing initiatives.
C. Competency
Technical Skills:
· Proficient in Google Analytics and other analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel).
· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
· Strong understanding and practical experience with consumer research methodologies and tools (e.g., survey platforms, social listening tools, focus group analysis).
· Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, traditional advertising channels, and other marketing terms and channels.
· Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).
· Understanding of tracking technologies, such as pixels, cookies, UTM parameters, and traditional campaign measurement techniques.
