Data Analytics Trainer

Müller's Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Data Analytics Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for

1-Design and deliver training programs aligned with learning objectives

2-Facilitate learner engagement and interactive training sessions
3-Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback
4-Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content
5-Adapt training methods to different learner needs and skill levels

6-Deliver Data Analytics training for neuro-diverse candidates

Technical Skills & Areas of Expertise
Strong understanding of:

- Data storage systems (files, relational DBs, NoSQL – conceptually)
SQL (queries, joins, aggregations)
- Data integration and ETL/ELT concepts
- Data processing and data quality fundamentals
- Big data concepts (e.g., Spark, distributed processing – high level)
- Data visualization principles
- Hands-on experience with at least some of:
- SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, etc.)
- Data integration tools
- Spreadsheet and BI tools

Requirements:
· A minimum of 5 years of experience and Data Engineering, Data Analytics and Data Visualization
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional training
· Knowledge of inclusive employment practices and workplace accommodations.
· Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, mentor, or teaching assistant
· Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently
· Comfortable teaching beginners with little or no data background
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Experience delivering long-running or cohort-based programs
· Industry experience translating theory into practice
