Müller's Solutions is seeking a talented Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive business strategy and decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to enhance data-driven practices and improve overall organizational performance through advanced analytical techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate results effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Model data using statistical methods to forecast future trends and outcomes.
• Develop and implement data collection and analysis methodologies.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested, providing insights that inform business decisions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• More than 5-8 years experience.
• AI and Generative AI experience is a MUST .
• Proven experience as a Data Analytics Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to develop reports and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and practices is a plus.
