Data & Analytics Specialist

What you'll do:
As a Data Analytics and Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing processes for our division of project managers and consultants. Your responsibilities will include:
Dashboarding and Reporting:
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance metrics, project progress, and resource allocation (Power BI)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify relevant KPIs and create insightful reports.

Monitoring and Analysis:
• Set up monitoring systems to track project performance, resource utilization, and service delivery.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Process Optimization:
• Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement process enhancements to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual effort.

Knowledge & Project Management:
• Maintain a centralized knowledge repository and management for best practices, guidelines, and project documentation. (Sharepoint, Confluence)
• Curate content, organize resources, and ensure easy access for team members.
• Participate in internal projects to deliver efficient ways of working

• Successfully completed university studies in the field of business, economics, mathematics or comparable studies
• 3-6 years of professional experience in similar role
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics (nice to have)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools - Power BI
• Experience with Sharepoint, Confluence and other collaboration platforms
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of project management & project accounting processes 
• Very good (spoken and written) level of English
