Buscamos un Data & Analytics Manager LATAM para liderar la estrategia regional de datos y su evolución en la región.

¿Qué harás?

• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia regional de Data & Analytics
• Diseñar y evolucionar la arquitectura de datos en cloud (data lake / lakehouse, pipelines ETL/ELT)
• Implementar y liderar el modelo de gobierno de datos (Data Owners, Data Stewards, calidad y estándares)
• Desarrollar productos de datos e insights que impacten revenue, eficiencia y toma de decisiones
• Priorizar iniciativas de data en función del valor para el negocio
• Actuar como puente entre equipos técnicos y stakeholders de negocio
• Liderar equipos y coordinar stakeholders en un entorno multinacional

Lo que buscamos

• Experiencia liderando Data & Analytics en entornos multinacionales (requisito)
• Experiencia con plataformas de datos en cloud (Azure, AWS o GCP)
• Conocimiento en arquitecturas data lake / lakehouse y pipelines de datos
• Experiencia con herramientas como Databricks, Spark y BI (Power BI, Tableau o similares)
• Experiencia en data governance y calidad de datos
• Capacidad de influencia y comunicación a nivel ejecutivo
• Inglés y español avanzados
