Job Summary:
As the Data Analytics & BI Manager at Bosta, you will be a key leader in our data-driven journey. You will be responsible for leading a team of analysts to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize our logistics and operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong leadership to foster a culture of data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Job Responsibilities :
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and BI specialists.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the analytics team, including sprint planning and workload prioritization.

• Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics and business intelligence strategy that aligns with Bosta's business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to identify and address key business questions with data-driven insights.

• Data Analysis & Visualization:
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of insightful dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data solutions and ad-hoc analyses to support business needs.

• Communication & Collaboration:
• Translate complex data findings into clear and compelling stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making.

• Additional Duties:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Working closely with the planning/performance team.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the field of data analytics.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the use of data for decision-making at all levels.

Job Requirements :
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role, with at least 2 years leading a team or management position.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
• Expertise in using BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau,Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business challenges into data-oriented solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced tech startup or the logistics industry is highly preferred.
