Our BI team is the engine behind decision-making at Vilgain. What do we do?

• We manage data sources and prepare them for BI needs.

• We create reports and visualizations that improve decision-making across teams.

• We constantly fine-tune our reporting for greater speed and efficiency.

• We solve technical requests from colleagues and find optimal solutions.

• We collaborate with developers and other teams on top-notch BI solutions.

What tools do we use?

We work with modern tools that allow us to use data effectively and push the boundaries of data analytics:

• Keboola for ETL processes.

• Superset for fast and rapid visualizations.

• Grafana for real-time reporting.

• Python for extraction and scraping, but also for building APIs for our DEV team.

• Knows Keboola and has SQL at their fingertips – advanced SQL knowledge is a must (JOIN, CTE, HAVING shouldn't be foreign words to you; ideally WHILE too, but you can learn that here).

• Is proactive, loves finding opportunities for improvement, and comes up with their own ideas 💡.

• Works independently, manages their time effectively, and knows how to prioritize.

• Wants to constantly learn and contribute to the development of our BI.
