Your new role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst (People Analytics) (all genders) to join our HR team. In this role, you will help us turn HR data into meaningful insights that support better decision-making across the organization. You don’t need to be a deep technical expert—we’re looking for someone with strong analytical thinking, solid experience with data tools, and a passion for transforming numbers into clear, actionable recommendations.
The work you‘ll do:
• Collect, clean, and maintain HR-related data (e.g., headcount, hiring, performance, retention).
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support HR operations and leadership decision-making.
• Analyze trends in workforce metrics and provide clear, data-driven insights.
• Work with HR business partners to identify information needs and build simple, user-friendly reporting solutions.
• Support projects such as workforce planning, employee surveys, compensation reviews, and process optimization.
• Take on additional HR-general tasks and topics beyond data analysis, contributing to broader HR initiatives where needed.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies.
The qualifications you need:
• Experience in a data-driven or analytical role (HR experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with at reporting tools - Power BI is a must have, Tableau, etc a nice to have
• Basic knowledge of databases or SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on data tasks.
• Clear communication skills—you can explain insights in a simple and structured way.
• A proactive mindset and curiosity to understand the story behind the numbers.
